To learn more about the company please visit www.Roseburg.com.1st Year Apprentice Base Rate: $27.29/ hour + Shift Differential Our Millwright Apprentice training program is a four year program designed to turn out the very best journeyman Millwrights in the industry, paid training is provided for each level and is offered at your own pace. Apprentice levels may be adjusted based on experience and knowledge after a 90 working day probationary period has been met. Once you have completed the highest level of apprenticeship training, you will be considered a Journeyman Millwright and be eligible to continue your training and improvement by participating in our Maintenance Upgrade Program.MAINTENANCE UPGRADE PROGRAM: Journey Millwrights, Mech I and Mech II are advanced Millwrights, who in addition to having all the basic skills of maintaining our facilities equipment, possess and demonstrate advanced skills as defined in this program. Millwrights will be paid at Journeyman rate, until they demonstrate qualifications for one of the upgrade levels, as determined by plant upgrade committee.
