20050 - SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst Montgomery, AL (onsite)CBU: HMMAPurpose of the Position:The SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst role at Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing involves leading HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions, supporting business systems like SAP HR and SuccessFactors, and collaborating with Korea HQ to enhance and implement HCM best practices.As a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, this position is part of the global Human Resources function and play a key role to ensure that Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing deliver a flawless experience within the SAP SuccessFactors suite to meet business needs.The role applies technical and functional HR knowledge to the improvement, maintenance and development of SAP SuccessFactors to support the HR business requirements.
Essential Functions:•Be responsible for supporting, designing, configuring, testing, and working with the SAP ERP software.•Be a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of support consistent with that of an SAP consultant.•Provides expert/consultant-level application support within specific SAP modules or cloud solutions integrated with the core SAP system for routine, general maintenance, and complex activities as well as a new design for SAP-implemented modules and cloud solutions.•Provides expert-level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design.•Applies business process knowledge to configure SAP modules and SaaS solutions they are an expert in.•Evaluates business needs and customize SAP configuration through the SAP implementation guide to perform specific end-to-end business processes.•Provide expert Subject Matter/designing thinking and functional support, including maintenance for complex activities within SAP ECC core modules or support for Cloud-Based Solutions (SAAS) including Success Factors (and understanding interface back to SAP).•Expert support for Cloud-Based Solutions (SAAS) such as SuccessFactors.•Keeps a general overview of the solution's architecture and its evolution and is accessible for all matters in the functional domain of SAP HR and SuccessFactors.•Stays updated with technical developments and evolutions in SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.•Maintains a regular physical presence close to business interlocutors and Key Users to assist them in the development and daily management of their applications.•Respects the operating procedures and methodology effective within HAEA-AM.•Respects working in collaboration with external partners according to the HAEA IT model.•Supports HQ teams in the maintenance of the SAP solution and its evolution in line with the requirements of our CBU.•On-call support.•Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:•This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. However, the SAP HCM Sr. Business Systems Analyst may lead small project teams or guide junior team members on specific tasks or projects.

Results:•Position is responsible for ensuring that existing system processes function as designed and delivering new project/tasks with the client's acceptance in a timely manner.
Strategy Development:•Responsible for changing the current system process and functionality and designing and implementing new system process in support of client goals and objectives.
Required Skills / Education:Education•Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
Related Work Experience (Yrs.)•Minimum of 7 years total experience in HRIS or IT focused on applications.•Global ERP work experience.•Minimum of 7 years' experience in the respective SAP/SF (Success Factors) modules.•Bilingual (English & Korean).•Ability to set expectations explain and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management, and business partners.•Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.•Excellent customer service skills required.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse executives, managers, and subject matter experts.•Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment.•Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe.•Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills•Ability to communicate and manage remotely in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT colleagues.•Must have the ability to question the status quo.
Certifications (Required/Preferred):- SuccessFactors certification is preferred
- SAP HR certification is preferred.

Note: Some travel, mostly local may be required.
Salary Range: $75,880 to $108,500 per yr.
