- Available to work a non-traditional schedule and irregular hours when needed.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.

- Maintains a record free of criminal violations that prohibit public school employment.
- Meets all Ohio Administrative Code 3301-27-01 qualifications to direct, supervise, or coach a pupil- activity program. Monitors training/certification expiration dates and meets all renewal deadlines.
- Upholds all Ohio High School Athletic Association, school, and state regulations/contest rules.
- Active listening, creative problem solving, and good time management skills.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans and manages concession stand operations. Oversees food preparation activities. Ensures compliance with all health and food safety regulations.- Ensures money is exchanged correctly and cash is not left unattended.
- Identifies maintenance needs and notifies the department supervisor.
- Work with the Athletic Department to maintain effective document and records management systems. Prepares timely files. Monitors reporting deadlines. Complies with district records retention and disposal policies.
- Operate and train volunteers on cash register or point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Oversees the sanitization of equipment and the storage, or disposal of leftover food.
- Work with the Athletic Department to receive food/supplies. Verifies quantities. Organizes, stores, dates and rotates stock.
- Reconciles food sales in conjunction with the Athletic Department.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Trains concession stand personnel.
- Submits records as directed.
