Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. Military service instructor to secondary level cadets, responsible for assisting the Senior Army Instructor(SAI), for implementing the policies and procedures for the high school JROTC program according to national, state and district standards.QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: 1. Bachelor's degree from accredited university preferred 2. Retired Army Non-Commissioned Officer (E-6 up to CSM), Warrant Officer (W-2 up, W-4) with a minimum of 20 years military service. OR 3.
