- Developing a teaching program and teaching strategies.
- Creating interesting and creative teaching materials.
- Preparing numerous instructional activities.
- Keeping the classroom under control.
- Working closely with the struggling students.
- Organizing ongoing training lessons.
- Creating lessons according to the student's capabilities.
- Encouraging students to learn in an engaging environment.
- Keeping the classroom well organized and clean.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related degree.
- Working experience in the Education department as an Elementary School Teacher, Teacher, or a similar position.
- A valid New Jersey teaching license (K-6), Certificate of Eligibility (CE) and or proof of passing the praxis.
- Sound knowledge of teaching strategies and practices.
- Extensive understanding and knowledge of child development practices.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
