- This job reports to the Kitchen Manager and Sub Coordinator
- The substitute pay rate for this position is: $12/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include: (Other Duties may be assigned.)
- Assists with quantity food preparation.
- Assists with the daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are met.
- Sets up and breaks down serving lines (salad bar, hot food, a la carte etc.).
- Operates cash register
- Counts money, makes change, complete related reports.
- Assists in cleaning lunch tables.
- Assists with dismissal of students from lunch room.
Education and/or Experience: - High School diploma or general education degree (GED), previous experience with large scale cooking and food preparation/serving helpful. 3 hours/day at various locations This is a temporary part-time position on an as needed basis.
