- B.S. and/or M.S. students who are graduating December 202 4 - August 202 5 and majoring in the field of one of the following : Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Global Logistics , Engineering Management , Industrial Engineering , Industrial and Management Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering .
- Ability to appropriately adapt and respond effectively in real time to changing situations and circumstances.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data to identify what is critical and solve problems .
- Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
