Within this small, highly selective program you will choose three, 9-month rotations where you will cultivate your skills while meeting Regeneron's business needs. The BuiLD program is sponsored by a Board of Governance comprised of senior leaders within the company who provide oversight and mentorship to the associates.Program rotations will be tailored to your interests and career goals and can include Business Development, Corporate Strategy, US and Global Brand Marketing, Market Access, New Products, Finance, Strategic Alliances, Clinical Development, and the Regeneron Genetics Center. Along the way, you will work with some of our top business leaders to address critical business questions.
