Our rotational development program is designed to benefit both graduate and undergraduate students. Your training will combine classroom sessions, on-the-job training, computer and technical training, and self-study projects. Your training will take place in your specific market location, completing a series of rotations throughout many departments within the line of business. Following successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a role specific to your line of business.Job DescriptionThe Accelerated Career Track Associate is primarily responsible for a variety of program goals, projects, training, and assignments.   • Your time will be spent in classroom training and line of business overviews
  • Credit Analysis training and case study work
  • Project work with direct impacts and value add to the line of business

  • Professional development through 1 on 1 coaching with ACT Mgmt
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree with an overall GPA of 3.2 including 9 hours of accounting (Accounting requirement specific to Commercial and Wealth Associate roles). Preferences:
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Commercial and Wealth positions)
  • 12 hours of Finance courses (Commercial and Wealth positions)
  • Course work in MIS, CS, or Security completed (IT, IS positions)
