This two-year project based program offers the opportunity to work in one or more of the Gates' Development & Technical Centers and Production Facilities across the US (specifically but not limited to Colorado, Kentucky, Michigan, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas). In order to increase Gates' knowledge and development, assignments will span multiple facilities and/or functions during the length of the program.Program participants will join Gates' engineering team and innovate in the science of motion performance. Whether your engineering focus is in manufacturing, material science, process, quality, packaging or research and development, you can help Gates build efficient and effective components and systems for the industrial and automotive worlds.The purpose of this program is to accelerate professional development through project-based business assignments. Could this be you?ABOUT YOU* Must be a current B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical, Manufacturing, Chemical or Industrial Engineering with an expected Graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025* Relocation will be provided for candidates that meet the requirements* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
