Role & Responsibilities Are you excited to launch your career in 2025? Recruiting for the 2025 Dassault Systemes Graduate Development Program will begin shortly. Our award winning, 12-month Program is designed specifically for new and recent college graduates. The Program will fast-track your career in customer facing and business roles, accelerating your leadership opportunities. The Program begins with a boot camp where you will gain foundational knowledge of Dassault Systmes' solutions, and business model. You will grow your skills by collaborating with the North American Business Development Team. In this capacity, you will learn to help the Company grow, expand its market reach, and achieve its business objectives. You will perform hands-on customer outreach, both warm and cold calls, learn 3DS business processes and tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. At the same time, you will enhance your presentation and pitching skills through corporate storytelling and presentations in our Americas Customer Briefing Center. You will expand your knowledge and teamwork through project work and shadowing. A seasoned 3DS leader will mentor and guide you while you move through the Program. Their mentorship will support and accelerate your readiness and productivity on your journey into a customer-facing role. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing (STEM) and/or Business Up to 2 years' experience in a client-facing role Ability to work onsite in the 3DS Waltham, MA Campus Strong communication and presentation skills Possess knowledge or understanding of some of our brands or some of the 12 industries we serve. US Citizenship or Green Card required. Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience.
