Background: Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) offers a comprehensive summer internship program for students and recent graduates looking to learn more about the overall business and restaurant operations within the hospitality industry. The 2025 Summer Internship Program will be offered in the following restaurants and departments: Restaurant Operations: Ci Siamo, Daily Provisions, Gramercy Tavern, Manhatta (Restaurants), Manhatta (Events), New York Marriott Marquis, Porchlight, The Modern, and Union Square Cafe. Departments: Beverage Operations, Facilities, Finance, Food Safety, Guest Experience, Hospitality Quotient, Human Resources/ Training, Legal, Marketing/ Public Relations, Real Estate/ Business Development, and Technology.
