Job SummaryJOB GOAL: To assist the principal in the administration of a high school by performing a variety of complex and responsible secretarial and routine administrative support functions; coordinate the workflow and activities processed through the school's central office and serves as school office manager. Requirements / QualificationsA complete EDJOIN online application is required. All qualifying information must be on the application. Training and Experience 1. Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade. 2. Two (2) years of successful experience in the preparation and serving of large quantities of food; or any combination of training and experience that would likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. 3. A work history demonstrating dependability, reliability, and good attendance. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Must use safety equipment designated for this position. 2. Possession and maintenance of a Food Safety Manager Certificate. 3. Possession and maintenance of a valid State of California Driver's License during the course of employment; have an acceptable driving record; and be insurable at standard rates by the District's insurance carrier and maintain such insurability during the course of employment. 4. Possession and maintenance of a First Aid certificate and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certiThis position is open to MVUSD Classified CURRENT EMPLOYEES ONLY. MVUSD Substitutes and anyone not currently employed by MVUSD is not eligible to apply. *All positions advertised are contingent upon continued student enrollment. ** Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of the position noted on the posting. *** Current employees who are permanent in the classifications will be paid their regular hourly rate of pay. *** ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THE ENTIRE SESSION & attend the paid orientation/training TBD.
