The Physical Therapist, working as a member of the interdisciplinary team collaborates and coordinates treatment plan and goals with other disciplines including Nurses, Physicians, et al.QualificationsResponsibilities:Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program Graduate of an accredited college degree program in Physical therapy. Entry level Bachelor's or Master's degree. Experience And Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Speaks, reads and writes English BLS recommended for inpatient PT. BLS required for SMART Center PT. License/Certifications New York State license in Physical Therapy or eligible for same.Working ConditionsOther information:Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Prolonged standing and walking. Moving in multiple positions (sitting, squatting, reaching). Able to lift, move and assist patients with physical therapy.
