- Must be a current employee of Paterson Public Schools, preferably located at School 2 or School 16
- Knowledge of the structure and goals of the 21st Century Program
- Experience in implementing project-based learning and interdisciplinary activities, preferably in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM)
- Ability to multi-task and provide engaging instruction to a multi-leveled students
- Experience working with parents and community members
- Familiarity with data collection and the willingness to collect data on various student activity categories on a daily basis
- Willingness to work during program days and hours (M - F 3pm-6pm)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators and the community
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
