Position Summary:Responsible for storage of guest bags, including tagging of bags, storage, and timely return delivery of bags through ticket return system.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving and returning baggage to resort guests.
- Ensure safety of guest bags.
- Fill out claim checks for return bags.
- Store baggage in cubbies.
- Friendly and helpful guest interactions.
- Up to date knowledge of resort offerings, including but not limited to tickets, coaster operations, F&B hours, lesson times, lift closings, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 14.
- Outside job in a heated space.
- Weekends and holiday periods necessary.
- Good people skills.
- Friendly, gregarious, fast paced environment.
