Position Summary: The Rental Shop Cashier is responsible for greeting guests and processing rentals and repairs transactions efficiently and correctly. There are full-time and part-time, day or night positions available. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Professionally greeting the Guests as they enter the building before, they approach your station.
- Fulfilling the needs of the Guest by offering or suggesting to them the best packages that will suit their needs on the first attempt.
- Complete and ensure that the rentals transaction reflects the Guests needs.
- Understanding the rental payment processes as it applies to the taking and entering of all forms of payments into the point of sales.
- Accurately processing and reconciling the daily transactions.
- Becoming knowledgeable of all the resort services.
- Assisting with the return of equipment.
- Assist in trash removal, sweeping and cleaning of the rental shop.
- Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
- 14 years of age or older.
- Guest and customer service oriented.
- Punctual and prepared to perform work duties.
- Professional and neat in appearance.
- Safety conscious and oriented.
- Available weekends and holidays.
- Submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI) if over 18 years of age.
