Position Summary: This is a seasonal part- or full-time position. The Ticket Window Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer and guest service and having broad knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sell the guests their tickets in a quick and friendly manner.
- Knowledge of all ticket products and any restrictions they may carry.
- Provide guidance to guests unfamiliar with Jiminy's ticket purchase policies.
- Responsible for banks and balancing their daily sales.
- Knowledge of other Jiminy departments and their services available.
Qualifications:
- 14 years of age and up.
- Basic computer skills.
- Math skills.
- Personable.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and holiday periods.
- Flexibility when it comes to a work schedule.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast -paced environment.
- If over 18, must submit to Criminal Background Check (CORI).
