Work for a Greater Boston area organization that is a leader in real estate & property management.2nd Class Stationary Engineer - 3rd ShiftResponsible to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, performance of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, and housekeeping for assigned properties3rd shift - 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM-Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance program-Conduct necessary troubleshooting and testing of equipment to determine malfunctions or causes of breakdown; remove and replace faulty parts, sub-assemblies and major components; re-test repaired equipment and make adjustments for proper operation-Continually evaluate new equipment and ideas to maximize efficiency and cost savingsJob RequirementsRequirements and Qualifications:-2nd Class Stationary Engineer License required.-5+ years' general building maintenance and steam turbine operation experience preferred.-Able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.-Attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.-Ability to plan and organize work and understand the importance of priority of work tasks and the willingness to perform all assigned tasks within their ability.-Willing to continue training to maintain knowledge in the latest equipment and technologies in assigned duties.-Ability and willingness to work rotational shift, if necessary, including days, evenings, and nights as well as overtime, weekends and holidays, as required#ZRSSAnthony Borbely...@synerfac.comSynerfac Technical Staffing732-###-####
