Job Description:

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Finishing Load / Unload. The hourly rate for this position is $18.87 plus .60 shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

HOURS: 2:30PM - 11PM

What you'll do:

* Perform visual inspections of material prior to and after painting.

* Perform miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, etc.

* Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.

* Perform 5S & continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

* Must have a high school or GED from an accredited institution.

* Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future

* No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sherman, TX will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with powder painting

* Experience in a production environment

Skills:

Position Success Criteria:

* Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending with or without accommodation.

* Ability to stand for eight hours plus and perform repetitious tasks

* Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools

* Ability to follow directions, work independently, and be detail-oriented

* Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product

* Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate

* Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as needed by the business
