**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable **Floating Position Associate** to support our production team during our second shift. This role requires an individual who can move between different positions and departments to provide essential support wherever needed, ensuring that production goals are met and safety standards are upheld.

As a floating position associate, your responsibilities may vary from day to day, allowing you to gain diverse experience and contribute to multiple facets of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform a variety of tasks within different production areas, including assembly, quality control, packaging, and machine operation.

+ Assist with material handling and inventory management.

+ Support team members in meeting production schedules and quality standards.

+ Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality assurance protocols.

+ Help with troubleshooting equipment issues, reporting problems to the supervisor as necessary.

+ Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

+ Take direction from supervisors and shift leads, adjusting to different roles as required throughout the shift.

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant experience is a plus.

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required.

+ Ability to adapt quickly and work in various departments as needed.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

+ Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.

+ Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy.
