2nd shift Fulfillment Associate (Assembler)Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: West Chester, PA Reporting To: Jesse DeVaughn Description HC Brands specializes in customizing and selling thousands of products that help our customers make connections. Our Fulfillment Associates work in a fast-paced environment that doesn't sacrifice quality. That's where you come in. You must be detail-oriented, and hopefully have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for sorting, prioritizing, and completing work orders with a focus on meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards. What you'll do:
  • Sort, prioritize, and complete work orders according to production schedules.
  • Assemble, package and ship orders as needed.
  • Examine assembled items to ensure defect-free shipments.
  • Analyze work orders for special assembly instructions and customization.
  • Suggest improvements to make the work environment safer and more efficient.
  • Remain flexible to perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
To do well in this role you'll need to:

  • Pay attention to details. We depend on our Assemblers to review products and orders to make sure our customers are receiving accurate orders.
