Job Title: Manufacturing Floor Operator
Job Description
Candidates will be working on the Manufacturing floor batching and mixing ingredients, including dry powders and seasonings. While training will be provided, preference will be given to individuals with experience in food, vitamin, or beverage manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Batching and mixing ingredients, such as dry powders and seasonings.
Operating machinery used in the production process.
Ensuring compliance with GMPs and other relevant safety and hygiene standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Adhering to production schedules and meeting productivity goals.
Lifting and handling materials up to 50 pounds.
Tolerating spice and sweet smells.
Essential Skills
Experience in a fast-moving packaged goods environment.
Beverage production experience preferred.
Formal training in areas such as WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc. preferred.
General knowledge of mathematical skills, including measurements and formulas.
Ability to perform duties in a high-stress/pressure environment.
GMP experience preferred.
Mixing and batching ingredients.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Batching Technician skills.
Experience in cleanroom and general production settings.
Skill in blending and machine operating.
Packaging experience.
