We value your voice and ideas, and thrive in a culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.Here's what we have to offer:Competitive payPaid vacation, holidays, and sick timeComprehensive benefits package, including 401K, medical, dental, and vision careExtensive product and on-the-job/cross-training opportunitiesEncouraging and collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyCompany tools and equipment provided to complete all jobsScheduling and management supportJCI Employee discount programsKey Responsibilities:Perform HVAC Control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and functionality testingUse commissioning tools and a variety of hand tools, including electrical testing meters and other electronic testing equipmentProvide technical and testing reports through effective communications with Manufacturing ManagementBe part of an expanding team of the best technicians in the industryHow You Will Do It:Loading Johnson Controls field and network-level controller softwarePerforming commissioning and system diagnostics for all levels of system controllers and end devicesKeeping management informed of job progress and issuesCalibrating systems requiring basic electronic test equipmentCompleting administrative tasks, including reports and on-site documentationDocumenting changes and providing information for as-built documentationExecuting company-sponsored and personally initiated training to ensure the highest level of knowledge and capabilityEngaging with management to fully understand their systems and needsFOLLOWING ALL SAFETY STANDARDS AND ATTENDING REQUIRED SAFETY TRAININGWhat We Look For:Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequence, and applicationsDemonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fieldsAble to use hand, power tools, and electrical testing equipmentSolid knowledge base in the use of personal computersAttention to detailGood communication and listening skills
