JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team In this role, you will perform skilled maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures. Responsibilities include making repairs to tools and equipment, maintaining and installing electrical systems and fixtures, and measuring, cutting, bonding, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit. Familiarity with 12-volt, 24-volt, 120-volt, 240-volt, 277-volt, and 480-volt electrical systems is preferred. SHIFT: 2nd Shift (Monday Thursday, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM) May train on 1st shift for up to 3 weeks. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of experience required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned): Disassemble machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools. Assemble and install new machinery as needed. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine repair methods, utilizing blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, and precision measuring instruments or electrical/electronic testing devices. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work with various voltage levels. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
