Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Wendell, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Safely operates a stand-up reach truck, stand-up order picker, and sit-down forklift in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles.
  • Inspects moving equipment daily.
  • Unloads and receives production materials physically and records in the SAP system.
  • Counts and verifies counts for incoming material within the storeroom.
  • Pick materials for inside and outside customers using RF Scanners with count accuracy.
  • Performs cycle counts daily of materials in the storeroom.
  • Packs and ships materials efficiently and damage-free for shipment to our customers.
  • Loads materials for outgoing shipments and ensures that proper documentation is provided to drivers.
  • Adhere to developed processes and methods or seek ways to improve.
  • Must adhere to all safety rules and keep safety first for self and others.
  • Perform miscellaneous other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (2nd Shift 3:00 PM -11:30 PM ).

Length: Temp (11 Months).

Job RequirementsRequired Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of material management (warehousing) experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Experience driving a forklift.
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Experience with RF Scanner devices.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Efficient with small hand, battery, electrical, & air power tools.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance.
  • Able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent attention to detail while working to a deadline.
  • Positive attitude, work well with others, and implement constructive criticism.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
