Role Description: Accurately and efficiently process transfers and returns, especially the exceptions, jewelry, reships, etc work that require additional investigation and resolution. Working knowledge on how to use SCom and OMS System to return orders. Process transfers to stores and Sell Off. Re-ship items to existing customers. Professionally communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as Customer Service and AP to ensure timely response to inquiries. Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats. Attention to detail and productivity are key, as well as positive attitude and flexibility. Read and follow written instructions and follow all department guidelines. Work in a team environment. Maintain Returns files as per departmental standards Must have problem-solving skills Other duties as assigned by the Returns Supervisor or Manager Ensure department readiness Manage and respond in timely manner on all administrative tasks such as emails and slackmessages Work in an efficient manner to help ensure that the team reaches productivity goals Operate the inventory management system accurately within the published productivitystandards - Other duties as assigned by supervisor Be cross functional within the department Cross train and work for other departments as required. Must be able to work independently Maintain a neat and organized work areaKey Qualifications: Minimum of a high school education. Prefer candidate with some post-secondary education. 3-5 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or direct to consumer inventory control function, preferably in an automated environment. Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) Proficiency in all WMS systems Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process. Must distinguish between colors. Manual dexterity of hands to properly prepare items for put-away, transfer or reship to customers. Dependable, work with a sense of urgency; Flexible in work hours. Essential, sustainable physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping,climbing ladders or stairs, manual dexterity, push or pull up to 50 lbs.Thank you for your interest with Saks.
