Job DescriptionAssembly and Inspection (P1)Position OverviewPrimary responsibilities may include; fast paced hand assembly, visual inspection, testing, packing of product and material handling.Essential Functions:
- Ability to work with fast pace cycle times, with hands, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine visual inspection.
- Check product quality.
- Crosstrain on different processes and/or rotate between stations.
- Take action in response to audible or visual alerts.
- Maintain a clean safe working environment.
- Confer with other associates and Chain of command as necessary to identify and resolve problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned by chain of command.
- Must be able to read and interpret job instruction manuals and perform basic math with a calculator.
- Ability to lift 33lbs
- Follow all safety and quality requirements.
- Able to read, compute, interpret, construct and maintain charts, records, log books and graphs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Stable work history
- 0 to 2 years manufacturing experience which includes: inspection, assembly, loading & unloading parts, staging, receiving.
- Ability to work daily and / or weekend overtime
- Basic computer skills
- Read and comprehend Job Instruction sheets
- Follow directions
