Job Overview
The Pallet Stacker is responsible for stacking pallets and transporting full pallets to pallet tagger area
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor operation of spiral cooler, product packing conveyor, box gluer and matrix labeler.
- Control and adjust settings on equipment as necessary .
- Operate pallet turner and pallet shrink-wrap machines.
- Replace ribbon roll and sticker tag rolls on Matrix.
- Ensure quality and appearance of package.
- Check last case on order and first case on the new order.
- Set up line, packing area and assist with changeover between lidder and sealer bar area.
- Supply line workers with boxes and other necessary supplies.
- Assist line workers as necessary.

- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Required Education and Experience
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
- Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.
- Ability to read and prepare production reports and comprehend production worksheets.
Preferred Education and Experience
+ High school diploma or GED.
Working Conditions
- Ability to constantly stand/walk; bend/flex/extend neck; frequently grip/reach/lift/pull with L/R hands.
- Ability to frequently handle material from floor-to-waist, waist-to-shoulder and pushing/pulling/carrying.
- Hair nets, ear plugs/muffs, hardhats, and/or safety glasses may be required.
- Product weight: up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment with average temperature of 50-60 degrees F.
- Use of motor skills to safely drive tow motors or other motorized vehicles in tight quarters.
