From smart tanks to battery systems for use in hybrid and full battery electric vehicle applications to autonomous drive vehicle cleaning systems, Kautex is committed to pioneering solutions for the era of new mobility.* Responsibilities:Compliance with safety and environmental regulations* Learn and follow the Standardized Work (Job Instructions) at each work station trained and working* Fill production log sheet/written records as directed* Regular independent learning* Regular maintenance of machinery / equipment as part of the maintenance and repair plans* Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...) Stop/Call/Wait* Report quality defects by utalzing Stop/Call/Wait* Inspection of the parts in accordance with the worker-inspection plan or according to instruction before packing* Packaging of products in accordance with instructions* As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times* Other duties as assigned* Production experience, ideally in a company in the plastics packaging industry* Good understanding of technical processes* Good knowledge of operating supplies* Willingness to work in shifts* Willingness to follow training in order to become machine operator and Plant/installations operator* Readiness for self-development in the field of plastics processingHigh school diploma or GED required
