About Us: Chris Christensen Systems, LLC, part of Nexus Brands Group's Pet Group, is a leader in the dog show and grooming industries that manufactures a variety of products for show enthusiasts and professional groomers including shampoos, conditioners, odor control, styling products, and more. We have a wide variety of products, with over 425 SKUs, 70% of which are manufactured within our warehouse located in Fairfield, Texas. We are seeking a hard-working, detail oriented, self-starter to add to our warehouse family.Position OverviewProduction Associates bottle, package and label finished products according to product & packaging specifications. Operate and maintain fill stations and work with other team members to meet weekly production goals.What you'll be doing:
  • Operate fill stations and equipment as assigned
  • Gather correct bottles, labels, caps and other packaging according to product specifications
  • Accurately prepare and complete various paperwork as required
  • Perform clean up duties
  • Safely lift and maneuver drums at full capacity (400 - 500 lbs.) using dollies and pallet jacks
  • Properly wash empty drums (approx. 20 lbs. when empty) and clean pumping kettles as assigned
  • Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with such position and as assigned to you from time to time
  • Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company's values
Is this role for you?Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide steel-toed shoes to comply with safety regulations.
  • Satisfactory results of a background check and drug screening
Job Environment and RequirementsEnvironment: This role requires working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment where there is exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.Working Hours: Must be willing and able to adhere to the work schedule:
  • Regular: Monday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Fridays as assigned)
  • Summer: Monday through Friday, 7 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. (through mid-September)
  • Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts are essential and required
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
  • Experience with forklift and electric pallet jack
