QUALITY INSPECTOR

2nd SHIFT

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is responsible for all aspects in the Inspection of metal forming production, fabrication shop and assembly. The level I Inspector will be required to safely and efficiently execute assigned work in timely manner, meet quality standards and rates. Also expected to promote and conform to company's regulations and procedures. Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges and background in manufacturing is a plus. Essential training areas will be given.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED from an Accredited Institution of higher learning
• Able to utilize micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, dial indicators
• Able to use Rockwell Test Equipment, Optical Comparator
• Able to operate a Smart scope, CMM/Shadow Graph
• Basic mathematics knowledge
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic problem-solving, critical thinking and organization skills
