As a Full Time, Active Seasonal Associate at our Manufacturing facility, you will assist management by floating between and assisting various departments during defined seasons. This opportunity is on our 2nd Shift at our Manufacturing Facility in Kerrville, TX. Shift hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM. Seasonal Term: October 7th through December 31, 2024.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Perform manufacturing processes as needed in any of the following areas.o Filling Wax Inventory for Component Jobso Wax Washing - Magnetic Pino Degate/Magnetic Pin Finishing - Run/Sort/Bago Filling Finished Good Jobso Furnace - Run/Sort/Bago Lap - Sort/Count/Trayo Laser Logo - Load/Unload Fixtureso Mech Finish - Unload/Sort/Bago Findings - Count/Bago Finished Goods - Card Inserto Any other non-skilled areas as needed.WHAT YOU WILL NEED Ability to read, write and speak English fluently including, but not limited to, verbally communicating with plant personnel regarding work processes and work assignments required. Ability to read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc. required. Ability to input data into standardized forms. Ability to perform basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting and totals required.Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements required.
