Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator position will be responsible for the daily dock operations of the service center including shipping & receiving, inspection, staging, printing out packing slips and BOL's. This position will ensure that truckload appointments are loaded and unloaded according to the appointment schedule. This position will also ensure that the right truck is loaded with the right load. Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience using Microsoft office and other computer systems preferred.
• Strong work ethic
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Team player

Job Type: Full-Time

Required Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 2+ years previous shipping & receiving experience preferred.

2nd Shift:

Monday-Friday 4:00PM-12:00AM

Pay Rate:

Starting at $20.00 per hour.
