DUTIESOperate basic equipment in accordance with standard and safe operating procedures including Lockout/Tagout ProgramsOrder preparations/pickingLoad and unload trucks when neededStrong organizational skillsDriving lift equipment with proper license in a safe manner at all timesScanning products with RF gunsMeet company standards and customer specificationsWear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which the company provide apparelMaintain quality of service by following operational and safety standardsAssist in cleaning and sanitation of equipment as neededAssist in cleanliness of general work areaAbility to work in refrigerated work environment of 35°F - 45°F and/or freezer environment of -10°F - +10°FAbility to work in a team environment and a diverse workforceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle physical workloadMust be flexible with working overtime as neededAdditional duties and responsibility as assignedQUALIFICATIONSMinimum one-five years' experience in food production or food warehouse environment preferred.EDUCATION / TRAININGHigh School graduate or GED preferred.Basic Reading, Writing and Math skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to perform the following physical activities: Job requires workers to lift up to 50 + lbs. Ability to lift, push or pull up as needed. Must be able to: step, climb, balance, squat, kneel, bend and reach above shoulders as needed.
