Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Deliver orders following required standards for 2nd Street. Sweep floors, wipe counters and empty trash. Keep side stations clean. Re-stock side stations. Sweep floors, wipe/maintain/stock stations and empty trash. Polish silverware, glassware Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner. Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILTIES Candidate must possess the ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner. Able to read, write, speak and understand the english language in order to communicate with guests, employees and supervisors. Previous Food and Beverage Experience Possess excellent communication skills, both in written and oral form.
