The scheduled hours are 6AM to 2:30PM. Flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities: - Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
- Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
- Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
- High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
- Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications
- Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches
- 3+ months of experience in manufacturing assembly
Preferred Qualifications:- Solid mechanical background
- Experience with AC, Compressors, oil separators, etc.
- Exceptional customer service skills and great teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
