Oxbow Primary Care
Our practice is housed in Cooley Dickinson's multispecialty medical facility located at 15 Atwood Drive, Suite 201 in Northampton, MA. As a Family Medicine office, Oxbow offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. With providers who have pursued specialties in addition to board certifications in Family Medicine, the practice has additional expertise in prenatal care, obstetrics and birth, pediatrics, and LGBTQ care.

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the Oxbow practice onsite, Monday through Friday 10:30am- 5:30pm. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Familiarity with insurance payers preferred
* Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting
* Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
* Spelling and typing competence with computer experience essential
* Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
