The 340B Ops Analyst supports operations at TUHS to optimize 340B program benefits and maintain compliance. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: conducting compliance audits, optimizing program savings, providing 340B education to TUHS staff, analyzing pharmacy data, developing reports, maintaining knowledge of 340B laws and regulations, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and participating in creating and maintaining 340B policy & procedures. Maintains responsibility for 340B program effectiveness which includes identifying program improvement opportunities, as well as, solutions/recommendations for improvement of the programs. Participates in projects, programs and special initiatives related to 340B. Apexus 340B Advanced Certificate required within 12 months of hire.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Business, Finance, Health Services, Healthcare Management or related field (Required)
Other: Successful completion of Apex 340B University On-Demand Training (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
