Job Function

Candidate Recruitment:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage top-tier candidates.

Screen and assess candidates to determine their qualifications and alignment with client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active job seekers to understand their career goals and aspirations.

Client Engagement And Business Development:

Identify potential clients and develop relationships.

Expand upon existing client relationships to drive more business for the team to support.

Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.

Present well-qualified candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Market Expertise:

Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights.

Share market knowledge with clients and candidates to provide valuable insights.

Job Requirements

At least 1-2 years of proven agency recruitment experience, preferably running a 360 desk.

Strong track record of successfully placing candidates in direct hire positions.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

All applicants must reside within a commutable distance of our office location, as the role requires regular onsite presence.
