RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the planning and implementation of research-based curriculum and lesson planning through bimonthly supervision visits to FCC 3K providers.
* Provide guidance and professional learning for providers on the implementation of mixed-age curriculum.
* Support coaching for providers.
* Support providers with child assessments, authentic assessments, and serving special population
* Support with professional development for providers.
* Support with provider recruitment, student recruitment and family services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education

* Reports essential abuse risk management information to the board of directors
