Assess learning styles to structure sessions that maximize understanding.- Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, initiating changes in individual practice and care delivery based on quality improvement activities.- Engage in self-evaluation, identifying strengths and areas for professional development.- Develop a meaningful connection with patients and families by being present, listening, communicating, and anticipating needs.- Demonstrate skill in application of interventions, including medication administration.- Recognize occupational exposure risks to bloodborne pathogens and follow protocols to minimize exposure.
