AtWork Personnel is seeking a skilled and reliable 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing client s team in Spring Hope, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of production machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth and continuous operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a problem solver with keen attention to detail who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment (e.G., CNC machines, conveyors, presses, etc.). Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment. Respond to maintenance work orders promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure equipment is in compliance with safety standards. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the tools and parts are properly stored.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred. 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work overnight from 4pm to 4am Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise).
