If you are passionate about helping others and have a knack for finding resolutions, we'd love to hear from you!Job Description: As a Resolution Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, specializing in resolving outstanding account issues with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional collections; it's about building trust, offering support and creating solutions.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers with outstanding accounts to discuss their financial situations and explore resolution options.Solution-Oriented Approach: Develop personalized repayment plans that meet the needs of both the customer and the company.Empathy and Understanding: Listen to customer concerns with empathy and provide clear, respectful communication.Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate payment terms and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships.Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and company policies and procedures.Documentation: Accurately document all interactions, agreements, and account updates in our system.Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly targets for account resolutions and collections, benefiting from a competitive commission structure.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GEDExperience: Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Empathy: A compassionate approach to dealing with customers facing financial difficulties.Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and technology for account management and communication.What We Offer:Competitive Base Salary + Commission: Rewarding performance with a lucrative commission structure.Training and Development: Comprehensive training program conducted in a classroom setting, ensuring you receive the best start possible.
