Join us at Common Citizen for a collaborative and inclusive journey, anchored in the principles of 'cannabis for humanity' and a commitment to positive change.About This Role Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The 3rd Party Distribution Citizens fulfill basic warehousing and stock order duties. They are responsible for deciphering work orders, locating stock, and packing items for shipment. This position will also require Metrc Data verification as well as physical inventory management.ResponsibilitiesOutlined below is what we see you doing at this point in time. We are a fast-growing company looking for people that are excited to grow along with us. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintains organization of Finished Goods inventory storage, facilitating accuracy in order picking and packing
- Manifesting sales orders of finished goods for delivery
- Picking finished goods for individual dispensaries
- Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
- Applying compliance labels to products
- Confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers
- Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
- Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
- Verify Inventory and Product Cost while receiving cannabis product in Metrc.
- Move Cannabis Inventory between Metrc Storage Locations in a timely manner.
- Creating Metrc Tags and Compliance Labels for final goods products.
- Learn and assist with maintaining accurate LeafLink Inventory.
- Generating Orders/Invoices within LeafLink.
- Other duties as assigned/needed.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit for long periods of time.

- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment (tolerance of heat & humidity).
