Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a 3rd Party Onboarding Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in lower Manhattan, NYC. Hybrid schedule - must work 3 days in office (Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory the 3 rd is optional). Responsibilities :
- Conducts third party service due diligence & risk assessments.
- Partners with business units, operations, technology, risk management and other stakeholders to understand the business environment, evolving business priorities, and obtain key data and information.
- Maintains an ongoing business relationship with third party vendors.
- Leads various projects and other duties that may be assigned.
- ctively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations.
Required Skills :
- 2-3+ years' experience in Third Party Risk Management
- Recent experience working in a large financial institution
- Demonstrated intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required
- Very good project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills :
- MS Access experience is an asset
