Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Plastic injection moldingResponsibilities:
- Hoist operation, to pull and set molds
- Ability to perform all material handling duties
- Ability to perform/troubleshoot all back-side setup duties
- Install hot runner cables, set up and verify
- Install EOAT, load robot program
- Load and verify process to set up checklist
- Assures cell layout matches blue book
- Completion of set-up checklist
- Ability to purge new material in preparation for starting up
- Ability to perform simple start-ups, under the direction of Process Tech
- Assures all components/materials from the previous job have been removed from the area
- Verifies housekeeping is completed before press start-up
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in Plastic injection experience
- Ability to pass Hilo, overhead crane, and lockout / tagout training
- High School Diploma or GED required
