There will be times where additional needs outside core business hours will be required.Read on to check out the details of the position and why Aprilaire is a great company!ResponsibilitiesPay:2nd shift: $14.17 Base hourly + Incentive Production Pay totaling $19-26 hourly + shift premiumAvailable Shifts:3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AMQualificationsAbility to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solveReading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their partsUse and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple mathMust have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbalDedication to quality and safetyComfortable in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to frequently stand, bend, and reachPositive attitude and leadership skillsKnowledge of lean principles desired, but not requiredFamiliarity with assembly and measuring tools.Ability to perform simple math.Safety conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
