Assembly Operator

The Assembly Operator is responsible for keeping the assembly process running as well as ensuring the quality of our product.

Job type: Full time

Shift: 3rd shift 10:55 pm to 07:05 am

Responsibilities

• Assembling products• Equipping assembly line with parts• Inspecting and refilling material• Inspecting and packing finished parts• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools• Quality inspection• Production reporting• Following International Automotive Task Force quality standards – IATF 16949• Team Work – working in a Team to fulfill daily production goals• Escalation of issues to supervisor and manager• Following Internal Quality Issues procedure – IQI• Ensuring First in – First out • Ensuring safety rules and policies are followed• Housekeeping – 5S-Standard• Other duties assigned

Job Requirements

Education requirements

Work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, 1-2 years preferred

Job requirements

• Good reading comprehension of work instructions• Good ability to work in a team environment• Detail oriented• Basic mechanical background• Basic troubleshooting skills• Basic math skills• Basic computer skills• Good manual dexterity• Attendance and punctuality
