In this role, you will be setting up and operating a CNC Mill. The pay range is $25 - $33 per hour depending upon your skill set and experience. To be at the top end, you must have 2 years of programming experience.Position Responsibilities
- Set-Up CNC Mill
- Operate and Troubleshooting CNC Mill
- Write, comprehend and adjust CNC mill programs (Fanuc, HAAS)
- Interpret engineering drawings/blueprints
- Detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and make appropriate adjustments
- Responsible to keep machines and work area clean and orderly
- Inspection of parts and tooling using a wide range of precision measuring equipment/gauging
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC set up is preferred
- To be at the top of the pay scale, you must have 2 years of programming experience using Powermill
- Experience with Hermle Mills is a plus
- Great communication skills as you will be working with supervisor's and quality team
